Argh!!!! Orange Mobile Network are getting me irate!
The phone system for changing your price plan is down.
I’ve spoken to a representative to do that.
Now the website won’t let me top up because the system is down.
I called to top up. The automated voice took all my details.
“Please state your surname”
“No please just say your surname, as in Smith”
“I’m sorry, I don’t understand that, I will have to transfer you to a customer service representative…………………..sorry, you do not have enough credit for this call. Calls to Customer service are charged at 25p per call. Would you like to top up?”
